The first sample, Fanfare & Celebration, is a spirited composition reminiscent of the musical themes of exciting western movies such as The Magnificent 7, Big Country, & How The West Was Won. This composition brings to mind the wide-open spaces of the American west, cowboys, galloping horses, and cattle drives.
The second sample, Sunrise In Big Bend, continues the western thematic material. The dramatic scenery of Big Bend National Park in Texas was the inspiration behind this piece.
The third sample, Alone In Dark Hollow, is a moody, mysterious piece which highlights the expressive quality of the solo trumpet. full symphony orchestra. As you will hear, this composition brings to mind the wide-open spaces of the T The forth sample, Contemplation, expresses melancholy and inner reflection. The solo trumpet piece once again features a full orchestral accompaniment.
